Classification (by cooling method)

Air cooled condenser, water-cooled condenser (shell and tube condenser, sleeve condenser, shell coil condenser, spiral plate condenser, immersion condenser), evaporative condenser and spray condenser.

Air cooled condenser

1. Application object:

It is often used in refrigerators, freezers, small air conditioners, refrigerator cars, automobile air conditioners and other small refrigeration devices.

·Advantages: no water, simple installation, can be placed on the roof; small heat transfer coefficient, greatly affected by the environmental temperature, deterioration of the environment, dust removal difficult.

·Limit: only used in Freon refrigerator.

·Classification: according to the air flow, it can be divided into natural convection cooling condenser and forced convection cooling condenser.

2. Natural convection cooling condenser

(1) Composition: copper tube (seamless steel tube) and copper plated steel wire.

(2) Features: no fan, saving power consumption, low noise, low heat transfer coefficient.
